Hi,
How do I enable email notifications for sales? I see an option in Account>notification settings for SMS notifications for sales but none for email. Why is this? How do I enable this?

You should automatically get notification of sales, both from bonz and from the payment source (paypal, checkout by amazon). There is no setting to turn on for that. If you are not receiving them, then check your email spam folder.
On occasion there is a glitch and the notification from either the payment source or bonz may not get sent, that is why it is always a good idea to check your My Bonanza page every day.

I sold an item a couple of hours ago and immediately was notified by Paypal, Still none from Bonanza

Same situation here re missing notifiction of a Bonanza sale…immediately notified by Paypal but no email notification from Bonanza. Please let us know status. Thank You.
