These are more like suggestions to Bonanza and to get other peoples, mainly sellers, input as well. Even buyers can chime in on the fedex things.
1.) Remove the amazon or any way to buy from Amazon link. This is added unnecessary competition on the sellers and even though Bonanza gets money either way it is not fair to your sellers.
2.) Fix you Shipping Carrier rates. Your rates are almost double what the actual carrier charges. For example, you claim Fedex charges $ 19 for something they charge $ 12 for. This is on many items I carry. I have over 3,000 items and for me to go through each one to manually change the shipping to what it should be on average would be too time consuming. You should be able to fix the carrier rates with a simple API fix, because there is no way Fedex is charging what you are claiming they are charging for ground delivery. I can only guess you have this set at a percentage rather than by weight. My customers don’t want to pay $ 20 for shipping on a $ 10 item and I lose customers that way, and you lose your 16% commission that you get from me verse the meager 1-4% you will get for sending them to Amazon.
