Is there someone or someplace I can send pictures of some old fishing lures to get information about them?
Thanks!

Years ago, when I first started selling off my dads old lures, I had to do my own research and sold them on the auction site letting the auction set the final price. It is a different world now (there) and if you sell here, you should have a good idea of what you want since this is a fixed price site, not an auction.
That being said, I found that IF you still had the boxes for the old lures, this makes them worth much much more than without the boxes. If any are autographed, that sends the prices thru the roof too. Condition of the lure (and box) is everything but here are a few links I used for research (still out there) and of course looking at completed listings on the auction site. Oh and from what I remember, Rapala lures dont seem to sell well. I just kept these sites bookmarked in case I decided to sell off the rest of my old lures that I kept for sentimental reasons. Here are a few sites that are still available when I last checked.
Good Luck!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
