I offer free shipping worldwide, but I cannot change the shipping profiles.
I tried to create a new one and I marked I will ship for free outside the US, but when I save the profile it changes automatically to “will not ship outside US”.
What is wrong? Any help would be apreciated.

It appears that your items were an import…but if not…if a profile is already set up, then go to
Update Items as a group
Shipping
Clear international shipping (click on that)to clear out anything that is already there
then click on
Add international Shipping Service
put $0.00 in flat rate
Mark box Worldwide
Select items then update (once you select some items, the option to apply to all items appears)
and your items should show worldwide shipping of $0.00
you can put in the Description box—free shipping worldwide..
Since you are in Spain, this may be causing the problems, since everything is set up from US shipping point of view…
If that does not work you may have to get support to fix it, since you are outside US
