Funds in escrow ?

Hi guys. We got an order and the receipt say the funds are in escrow. Does anybody know what that means ?

It means they will send the amount to the bank account you have on record, as soon as the payment clears. The person paid by credit card. Meanwhile you can ship.

I have had several credit card purchases, and they were all good.

Thanks for your response. So it goes to our bank and not paypal ?

If the buyer chose direct checkout credit card option, through bonanza…yes, goes to bank. If they choose the credit card option through paypal..then it goes to paypal. Since it says it is in escrow, the buyer chose direct checkout with credit card through Bonz

We didn’t know that Bonanza had a form of direct checkout.

It is something you actually had to sign up for, which included giving Bonanza your bank account information so that you could accept the direct checkout payments.

you signed up for it…it is on your items….

I just had this happen to me yesterday, too…I must have signed up, too, but don’t recall doing it. Would someone mind checking to see if I did? How long will we have to wait for the $$$ to go to my bank? It is not there today.
