Global shipping service

Just activated global shipping service.
Should I have 0 active items. All 186 of my items are eligible.
Is this right?
Thanks

This sounds too good to be true, and you know what they say about that. If I understand this correctly, I would be listing my shipping costs just as I do now for domestic shipping on every item. All other (international) charges will be handled by Global Shipping Service and the buyer will pay me with one payment, and pay them with the international charges. If this is correct, I think I’ll start shipping globally. Maybe I’ll get a sale!

Good luck, Anita. According to the article I read, I would think all you items would be accepted. I’m sure mine would, too. I just don’t understand what I have to do to address it to the buyer. Do I put their name, address, etc on the package, plus the address for the shipping center?

Your question regarding addressing your package.

misskeech says: September 28, 2016

Margiecrafts, this is basically the same format ebay uses, all you would do when you get a sale, is ship it to kentucky, the address would be provided to you and it probably would have some sort of ID # for the buyer.

Thank you misskeech for the explanation.

I sent my question to Support and got this [URL removed]

Let’s try [URL removed] Good Day Thank you for emailing. The shipping label to the KY hub contains the information the hub needs to send the package on to the buyer. The seller must use tracking here at Bonanza when Mark as shipped is clicked. The Pitney bowes hub knows where the package is to be sent

Margiecrafts says: September 29, 2016

because there is a special number assigned that is on the shipping label. the tracking number uploaded here at Bonanza will convert after uploading to the correct international shipping number automatically. That number is attached to the package, It is really a super slick system.

Margiecrafts Thank you so much for the follow up this really helps all sellers. Have a great day! Rita

Once the international buyer purchases and pays for your item, you will get a shipping address to the global shipping center in Kentucky with all the info you need for the package. I use it all the time on eBay as most of my sales come from international buyers these days.

Thank you Greynape08 for the information which is very helpful. Never sold international, maybe I will now. Have a good evening. Rita

Thanks for information everyone.

I think it can take a while for the system to crawl and evaluate all of your products, but don’t know how long. When I first joined the program, my confirmation window never stopped cycling that night, so I closed my browser and went to bed, lol. Now that Bonz has worked out the issues it may not take that long. Are yours still at “0” now? Maybe there’s something else you have to click on. I don’t remember.

My items that I’ve looked at are marked as eligible. Don’t know if any aren’t because haven’t looked at all. Read that ineligibility has to do with restrictions by some countries on what can and cannot be shipped in.

Also noticed that I can go in and de-select an item that is eligible, if for some reason I don’t want to ship it internationally.

Hi there! You say you can mark/unmark items? For the life of me, I can’t find this anywhere. Can you tell me where you go to do this? :)
