Hello, I just noticed my products from Bonanza are appearing on Google Shopping as “used” when they are all new. Its over 6K items. I just re-imported my feed to show condition as new but I am not sure if it takes a while for it to update, or if theres something else wrong? The items dont have a UPC/GTIN or brand name. It was working fine in the beginning (about 2 weeks ago) and now suddenly got changed?

If you don’t enter a value of “New” or “Brand New” (whichever one it defaults to) in the condition field of your listing, Bonanza and Google have no choice but to assume it is “Used”.

We can see now on Your listings a “new” condition added.
You can quickly check the ‘condition’ status in Your items’ traits [URL removed]

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
