- UPDATE- Tried one last attempt. By going to view profile, and contact button. This WORKED. He advised it was the first message he had gotten. Needless to say, hes getting an earful now! Thanks to all who replied. – honestly Im scared for how may others are losing sales due to this. Someone should really look into it. Had it not been the sole gift request by my husband I would never have put this much effort into contacting the store owner.
Happy Holidays
Im about 2 shakes from flipping out over this entire experience. My husband asked for one thing, for Xmas, a dual signed football. Ive been trying to reach seller for 3 days, to submit offer, and NOTHING! Ive gone so far as to submit ticket to help desk, they have replied twice, advising me to create my acct, and the process. Done, check…. STILL NOTHING. They claim hes active, so Ive asked if they could contact him, JUST TO GIVE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, but no reply yet.
Wait…. it gets better….
Now, Ive gotten promo email from Bonanza, offering me up to 30% off for the item, yes the one sitting in my cart, waiting for an answer from the Seller that wont respond, BUT when I choose offer, from email promo, all it does is take me to checkout …. AT THE SAME ORIGINAL PRICE! There is no promo code, coupon code, or otherwise. Ive logged out, logged back in, clicked everything, read all gine print. What in the actual Hell is going on? This is the most aggervating thing Ive ever dealt with and literally am ready to pull my hair out. How can a process be so complicated?
Can someone, anyone, PLEASE tell me what Im doing wrong to be tortured like this? For the love of Pete, I just want this to be done already.
Sorry to be Extra as my teen daughter says….. But no online shopping experience shld be so complicated!

IF the seller is not answering you, they may be unavailable during the holidays(even tho they should have put their booth on vacation if that IS the case) OR They may not be interested in a “best offer” but they should at least contact you to say they are not interested OR They may no longer be active on the site. Do as policequilts says, go to their profile and see when they last were active on the site (logged in)
If they are not answering you, even to turn down the offer, i would be very hesitant to purchase in that booth.

First, I’m really sorry this is happening to you and can totally understand your frustration.
A seller should respond much more quickly than that! If the seller is non-responsive, I’m not sure what Bonanza can do other than try to contact them as you requested, but if they aren’t answering you, who knows what’s going on.
Can you find another seller with the item you want? If I’m understanding your problem correctly, it sounds like this is the seller’s fault.

Go to the person’s booth
open a listing
look at the top of the page to see if there is a Coupon available
Click on it
then go back to booth page
all items should have the code activated afterwards
Also, afterwards remove the listing from the cart (items in carts are dated the day put in cart and my have gone in before the coupon activation)
And re add to cart
Again, however, if the seller is not responding I would hesitate to buy, and it is obvious they are not interested in best offers

You may want to also check their profile.
Go to the booth
Left hand [URL removed] view profile
You will see join date and the active date.
The active date is the last time they logged into their booth.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
