I have an open support ticket that has now been open for nearly a month. Last info from support was 11 days ago and nobody is responding now. My webstore functions but does not allow a buyer to confirm the purchase when the system returns from paypal to Bonanza. The confirm page appears but does not display the confirm order button. (If you click in the area where the button should be, it confirms the order). A Bonanza booth purchase works properly m (button shows up and works)- a webstore purchase does not.
Obviously, my potential buyers are contacting me saying they can use the webstore. My webstore is about to renew for another month and $25 charge. I guess I will just cancel it and chalk this up to a huge waste of my time.
Has anybody Had a similar problem with setting up their webstore? If you have one, are you selling anything to buyers with Paypal accounts.
The webstore option is a great idea if I could just make it work. The error is not Paypal—- it occurs in Bonanza on Bonanza’s order confirmation page.

@npitts9, sorry for the not so good experience with support. Not sure where we dropped the ball there but be assured that we will follow up to correct that.
What you have is a bug which we have reported to the programming team to address. The function is still there to complete your purchase, the button has just gone missing. We should have that corrected soon.
We have issued a refund of your Bonanza Webstore payment for January. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
