I opened my account in 2014. At that time the import from eBay was horribe and each item took very timely revisions to make saleable. Anyway, to make a long story short, I had a surgery and just didn’t have the time to continue editing the several hundred items that I has listed with new ones being added each day. I had my booth active for several months and never made a single sale while I was thriving on eBay. I have read that Bonananza is now becoming one of the top sites on which to sale, so I reactivated by booth. I am very impressed with the improvement of the import as so far it looks like no individual edits are needed. But, on the negative side, I was immediately charged $40 for my FREE 30 day trial, so not a good start in my opinion.
Anyway, so sorry to have added so much info, my real question is…Are any of you having success here on Bonanza?

It used to be good for me here – I used to sell everyday – and a lot of the time multiple times a day. But it had dropped dramatically and noticably.
I don’t sell on ebay or amazon or etsy – and have no plans to do so.
However – I am a large phase of editing at the moment – one listing at a time and manually – so that will take a long time – so I am not sending to google at the moment.
I am also building my own places – so once they are ready – Bonanza will not be my main store.
So for now – I continue to work away slowly – I make the listings just as good as my other places and list every day. My goals have changed a lot since joining and I don’t join in much in the forums much anymore – just stay hidden away quietly in the background.

I do okay…though I do not compete with myself on ebay…
Also, just go to membership on your dashbard and cancel the membership before the 30 days and you should not be charged…or contact support and say you made an error…
I would not bother with membership until you are set and ready to go…and see how things go this time around.
Things are very different than a few years ago, as google shopping charges to be listed now, so there are advertising fees, and other things to consider
Welcome back and good luck

Hello [URL removed]
I’m not a high-volume seller at any venue, being mainly a handmades creator with little time to promote, but I want to share about your unexpected $40 charge. When you reactiviated you may have inadvertently signed up for a free subscription or free-standing webstore, or something else. As ccmom said, before 30 days is up, check membership in your seller dashboard, and anything that has to do with have a webstore. Cancel, and you can let support know too, so that all can be corrected ASAP.
To me, Bonanza is a great place to be, and no matter where we sell, it’s becoming more critical that we work harder to obtain sales.
Good luck to you!
Sandi

Bonanza is a great place to sell, easy to use site, shops have the option of keeping their booth free by not using extras like turbo traffic or memberships. The tradeoff is less traffic than other sites. I have been selling on here for 2 years & love it. I choose not to use membership or ad features, I instead generate my own traffic by regularly adding new & varied items the more items are listed the more views, but I have done well also because of the variety, my main item is handmade jewelry but I’ve sold all types of other items here as well. this is a site where sellers need to constantly self promote & advertise. I like it because its little to no cost & things like listings never expiring or renew etc so very low maintenance you choose how much time & energy to invest here but its at your own convenience. took 3 months for 1st sale I worked on it daily since then had a good 1st year & in my 2nd sales have increased steadily, each month I have had at least some sales. I always log on for the tokens to redeem for seller fee discounts takes about 10 seconds check everything whatever sells here is extra I also sell on Etsy which has more traffic but also fees. takes a lot of effort but in my opinion its worth it. best of luck to you, keep trying! & have a wonderful holiday season!

There is no traffic here unless you pay for it.
I only get views when I post to social media.
Prospects here for having a business are not very good at all.
