Has anyone had items sold not removed from inventory?

My last 3 credit card orders have all had the same glitch. Showing multiple purchases of the same item one separate lines. The problem is i don’t have multiples of these items. Bonanza site allowed them to add more of the same item without removing the first amount. For example below is an invoice of 6 items sold but only 1 was listed in stock.

I’ll have to back out of the sales. What is going on and why on only credit card sales?

Don’t know how that can happen when it wasn’t showing anymore in my store. Buyer found it on Google Shopping. Could there be something in that link that keeps the item “available for purchase” even though it’s NOT ??? Sad to have to tell buyer I don’t have the item.

Not only that, but I had to refund and actually LOST MONEY on the PAYPAL fees, which are now totally NON REFUNDABLE… Thanks Bonanza!!!!
