I found this today and thought it was delightful but have had no luck finding anything on this studio. All my searches bring up Bridal Dress shops. It occured to me that maybe this was from a bridal shop that commissioned figurines for sale. I’m not sure if there are any Brit forum members who might recognize it or not. I’m hoping someone will. Basically I’m just hoping to find out if it is worth selling or just keep it for myself. She is 5 1/4" tall.

I tried a search at Duck Duck Go (it has broader coverage than Google) and found [URL removed] [URL removed]
No picture of the bottom, but maybe it will lead you somewhere?! Best of luck with this one.
[URL removed] You are welcome. In the last 2 days in particular at Google (whom I normally don’t use any more), I can’t find a thing. The first few posting that should be what I am looking for, instead it was link pages to the link that supposed is what I clicked on. They have become pay to play so it’s time for us all to boycott them. I try Yahoo if I can’t find it at Duck Duck Go and then Bing. Google as a last resort normally but I decided to give it a try as you had used it and gotten nowhere. What a waste of time!!

Wow johngermaine – I think you got it. I’ll really have to do some searches now – I can’t believe it wouldn’t be marked Royal Doulton but it certainly has the same feel to it as the one you found. Boy, every day is a learning experience. Thanks so much for your efforts, I really appreciate it.

Looks right to me too. It’s a beauty. Research is the fun part for me. I love the knowledge behind the items.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
