When I want to follow a thread that I’ve commented in, I can’t see a way to receive email alerts when someone posts to it. I’ve checked my preferences and other settings. Time-consuming to search for my comments.
In authoring this post, for instance, I see the checkbox to “Notify me via email when new answers are posted.” Don’t think I saw a checkbox like that when I answered or commented on other’s posts. Of course, sometimes I ask questions when I comment, and want to see if someone has responded.
How do you handle it? Am I missing something? Thanks!
Sandi

You might try this to FIND your FORMER [URL removed]
Go to or CLICK [URL removed] " Community Help."
In the SEARCH Box where in light grey letter it says “Search community help” and TYPE IN YOUR Booth Name as in your [URL removed] Type into that rectangle search [URL removed] EmbellishMart, and see if you can find the former post(s) you’re looking for – I hope this helps you!

I guess another option is the ’ole bookmarking the page in the browser bookmarks/favorites. Have to train myself to remember to do it before I leave the page.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
