How do i know if i got paid?????

Hello there! Sorry, I’m new here, It says I’ve sold 2 things. I’ve checked PayPal and my account and I don’t see where I’ve received any money. When I go to the dashboard, it keeps telling me I need to ship them. I don’t get it. I like Bonanza but eBay is sooooooooooooooo much easier.

Hi RosieRose03,
We checked your account and the two orders you see are actually just “Offers”. A buyer made an offer to you, which you accepted. They have not checked out yet. The offers have not been paid. When the buyers go through checkout you will receive a notification from PayPal and Bonanza. If you have any other questions we can offer personal assistance at support@bonanza.com.

As it appears that you only accept PayPal for payments, it is more than likely that you have not set up your PayPal email address correctly in your Bonanza seller settings. Go to the following page for YOUR account (only you can see it) and make sure that your PayPal email address is entered [URL removed]

[URL removed]

Here is the Bonanza HELP page for accepting PayPal as a seller. Notice that it says that you must have either a Personal or Business PayPal account to accept payment. Having a basic PayPal account to simply transfer funds won’t work. But, as you are either a current or former eBay seller, you are probably OK in that regard.

And, finally, it is entirely possible that the problem is a temporary one caused by PayPal. If your PayPal account information is set up correctly in Bonanza, you should contact Bonanza Support (email them [URL removed] support@Bonanza.com) and have them check into it for you. Or, you can contact PayPal through their website. Whatever you do, you should NOT ship until you have verified that you have received the $$$.

Tom…there is a slight error on the help page..it needs to be a Premier or a business account. It was changed a few years ago. Without a premier/ business acct credit cards cannot be used through PP. But as ebay seller that should not an issue

Thanks, ccmom… I didn’t catch that change at 2 am when I posted.

If the buyer used direct checkout it will not show in PayPal it will appear in your bank account but it may take a few business days, usually 2 depending on the bank & time of purchase, for the payment to clear & show up in your account.

I thought Direct Checkout was no longer a option? Am I wrong? I pray I am!

it was down for a while, but it is back on the listings again

Thank you, ccmom, I did not know it was back up as a option. I do not remember receiving any notification from Bonanza about this, which I think is important for the sellers to know.
