I have had a link between Ebay and my Bonanza Booth. Until now, the system has just added new items I have added on Ebay and none of the items in my booth were removed and that is the way I like it. I have left items I have for sale there whether on Ebay at the time or not and I removed sold items manually. I just noticed that about half the items I had on Bonanza are gone and the balance seems to be what I had on Ebay. This is going to be very frustrating unless I get it resolved because having my items permanently on Bonanza has been a good way to double-check what I have put on Ebay and I did not accidentally loose listings when using some of EBay’s limited time promotions.

I hope this helps.
I had the same problem and contacted support. This is the answer I received.
“Go to Sell on Bonanza > import from eBay
Cancel the sync,
Click Show advanced options
Choose to Never remove
Choose other desired settings
Initiate a new import."
As it turned out I had the items that I lost in another booth which I was able to move to this booth. When I import from ebay I manually update my booth.
