I need to cancel a sale that was recently placed in my booth, but I don’t see anywhere in my account to cancel the order. I have already notified the buyer and have refunded their money.
Thanks.

Hi Bunchers,
Sorry to hear of the confusion regarding canceling a sale. What you will need to do is refund your customer via PayPal or Amazon Pay (whichever was used at the time of checkout). Once you refund your customer, you’ll then need to request a refund for your seller fees. To do this, go to Selling > Billing Statements. Click the month the transaction occurred and on the next page find the transaction. You’ll see a red X next to the total fee. Click the X, go through the steps, and a request will be sent to the appropriate team who handles refunding seller fees.
If you have any other questions about this, please feel free to email us at support@bonanza.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

Once the request is sent in then the sale is cancelled there is nothing left to be done..
Check your sales, if the fvf is $0.00 for the one you requested then it was processed.
When your bill comes at the end of the month..you will see that there is a $0.00 charge for that sale, ie it was cancelled
Since you have not paid anything, there is essentially nothing to refund…the FVF is just removed from your next bill
When the statement comes it will look something like this

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
