How to cancel my gold subscription?

I cannot find out how to unsubscribe from the Gold level subscription.

I found the appropriate HELP file, but I can’t figure out what I’m supposed to do. It [URL removed]

“You’re welcome to cancel your membership at any time — just click the “View benefits” link upper right-hand corner of your “Account” page to take you to your membership benefits."

Maybe it’s an old article, but when I go to my Account page, I see no such thing as a “View benefits” link.

I really, really, REALLY don’t want to get stuck paying for a level that has done pretty much nothing — and yielded no sales — so I’m a bit in a hurry.

Can anyone tell me what I’m missing or how to cancel?

Thank you.

Your Plan
There is a cancellation link on the page with payment details, ets

However, just looking at your booth, I can see that you did not even use most of the benefits of having a membership…there are no booth panels for promotions or information, sorting to highlight your items (Seller’s Choice)…etc

I find that many who say the memberships don’t work, really do not use all the tools the membership provides…memberships work, but need to build a booth reputation first (google likes nice established selling sites which takes time) and then use the tools to move it
….unfortunately with out the out give and take of the older forums many new members don’t learn of all the benefits..

ps I stopped my memberships, not because of lack of sales but (I had 3 booths with memberships) because of illness, and surgeries and could not keep up with the work necessary to keep the booths going…though I just added Silver to this one today…cause I missed some of the perks…

Go back to basics, get your booth set up, personalize your banner…set up a business page on FB and add bonz items to the business page [URL removed] This puts a bonz store on your Facebook business page)…build your reputation in google by placing links back to your store (ie, twitter, pinterest, FB, etc), this will help you move up in search rankings…

Get a few sales, then, if you want, go for a silver, use the tools to get more and then decide later if you want to go for gold…many do fine without

Also become familiar with google requirements (most will refer to those who submit the feed (bonanza) ([URL removed]

…but there are things you can do to help,
titles, descriptions and image requirements… [URL removed]

Ugh! As you can see, I’m a stone cold novice at how Bonanza — and even the forum — works. I get eBay, and I get Amazon. This is just so drastically different! I will pay for a second month and work on what you mention.
