Normally, there is only customer’s name and address shown in packing slip after customer purchased the item.
There is no ’phone/mobile number" shown in packing slip but I would like to
put on the package to avoid the problem of package could not reach to customer.
Please help me how can I get the phone data in Bonanza Website.

Bonanza does not ask for buyer’s phone numbers when orders are placed. However, some shipping companies require a phone number. In this case, you can contact the buyer directly by clicking on “Send Them a Message” in the order form and ask if they wouldn’t mind providing their phone number.

Personally, I, as a customer, would not want my phone number on an invoice. If there is a problem delivering it, the shipping company can leave a notice that they were there & will re-deliver, or just leave the package.
