How do i activate my booth?

I have gone through everything I think I need to do to set up my booth, including importing all my listings from Etsy and setting up all my financial things, but I don’t think my booth is active. It shows no merchandise, and I can’t find a button to locate it. What am I doing wrong?

Following Artist’ advice..

also go to Add/Edit

do the listings have a ‘pale green’ dot, ‘yellow dot’ or some other color

If pale green that means that the listing is ready to be go live when the booth is activated

If yellow, then open the listing. There will be a box at the top that will tell what information is missing that prevents the listing from going live

IF the dot is red/pale red then the listing is under review from bonanza and once ok’d it will go live

My guess that the “View details" has something to do with the reason the Activate button does not work at this time.

Filling out your booth details (all the information in the Booth Settings) is recommended

For future reference..to post screen shots in this forum

The screen shot needs to have URL address (hosted somewhere online…I usually use a reserved fake listing to upload any screenshot..some people use photobucket)

Post the URL between exclamation points and the photo will post in the forum

this is the URL of your avatar

The booth is active, however, all of the items are incomplete. This means they need more information added before they can be listed. As mentioned above, you will be given a reason why the item is incomplete when you edit the listing.

In this case, it appears all of the items need to have a category assigned. The best way to do that in bulk is to use our batch edit [URL removed] [URL removed] Simply select “Set category”, choose a category, select one or more listings and apply the changes.

Have You completed it by clicking on the green button (Activate booth) on Your Add or edit items page?

This is the message just to the right of the green [URL removed] “Just letting you know… The CSV import you requested on January 12th, 2017 at 10:27 is completed. View details or clear message”

I wish there was a way to leave you a screen shot of what I’m seeing. There IS a green button on the page on which you left the link, but it is not “clickable.”

I’ve never used CSV import, so haven’t seen this message, but I guess You need first either to “View details” or “clear message”. Check Your listings and if everything seems OK, delete (clear) that message – this should make the green button active.

You can’t “activate” your booth, Bonanza team do it. This is the message that you would [URL removed] “Just letting you know…
Your booth is awaiting review by our team, it should be activated within the next 72 hours”. Good luck…they take their sweet time :-)
