I sold an item to a buyer in California who wanted it delivered by a certain date. I had no problem with that but…I live in Nebraska and we are in the midst of a snow storm. I emailed the buyer and we mutually agreed that I would cancel the sale.
How do I do that and refund her money? I also had created a shipping label under the impression that the snow storm would not cause problems….I was wrong. I am snowbound and haven’t seen a snowplow yet…so I would like to cancel the label also.
Thank,
Jean

If you’re unable to complete a transaction, you must notify the buyer via Bonanza Bmail and cancel the transaction. If the buyer already submitted payment, you must issue a full refund. Sellers are encouraged to keep proof of any refunds in the event a dispute arises.
A seller may cancel a transaction under the following [URL removed]
Both the buyer and seller agree to cancel the transaction prior to shipment, and the seller has issued the buyer a full refund.
You’ll have to go to the payment method the buyer used in order to refund the person. If you used paypal, the transaction page on Paypal wil have the option to refund the buyer. You’ll nee that refund transaction ID number for the next part in getting back your fees on Bonanza.
If the paid transaction originates from the current sales month…
Go to your My Booth > My Booth dashboard,
Click Fees
Click Statement and click on the link to the current billing month so you can view your current month transactions and fees owed. From that page, click on the link titled, “Request a refund for a transaction on this bill” and follow the prompts to request a refund. We will process those as quickly as possible for you (usually within 48 hours).
For your label refund, that depends on if you used USPS or Bonanza as well. A little more information from you would assist in us being able to answer that question for you.
