Item was damaged prior to shipping and I had to cancel the order.
I emailed the buyer right away and issued the refund through paypal.
Bonanza refunded my charges as well.
The item is still showing unshipped. What do I do to mark it cancelled?

If buyer has been refunded, and your fees cancelled, the the order is cancelled
Nothing really to do but…click on the link that says Hide this transaction permanently if you do not wish to see it, unless changes have been made in the last few weeks, those are the only options
or just make note in box, that sale was cancelled…
