How do i cancel an order and quit bonanza?

I joined on 2/4/17. I ordered 1 item. I have yet to get a reply from the seller and today is Feb. 17. Contacted help—-no help. Can anyone tell me how to cancel the order and quit Bonanza. Terrible site and a lousy experience. I’ll stick with ebay.

In addition to the wonderful info. Moments in Thyme gave you below, if you paid thru paypal, you do have 6 months to put in for a full refund. It is not the site that is terrible, there are sellers that dont follow thru as there are on every site. I hope you get the issue resolved.

There are a lot of great sellers here. Sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately there are sellers who come here and place there items for sale and then abandon their booths. This type of behavior is unacceptable. Maybe this is what has happened with your purchase. I would appreciate you reporting the seller after you have cancelled your order and requested your refund. It is simple to contact support. The turn around is 24 hours. Recently, I heard there was an issue with their system being down the other day, so maybe your message might have slipped through. It is rare that you are not hearing back from support. Please give support another chance and contact an associate. They are a wonderful group of employees who work hard to answer the buyer and seller questions in a timely manner. We definitely don’t want this to keep continuing with other buyers who come here and have your same experience. If you have problems reaching support, please let me know and I will see what I can do for you on my end.

You may cancel your order. Since you have already contacted your seller with no response and it’s been documented through email then move to the next step with the information listed by clicking on the link. Since I use an iPad sometimes my links will not highlight, but you can copy and paste it.

Have you checked to see if there are other sellers who are offering the same item you had purchased?
I have sold on eBay from 2002 to 2012, on and off from 2012 to present. I left eBay full time to come here. Bonanza has the best top rated customer service as well as sellers who are here full time, dedicated to serving their buyers. I wish there was something I could do to change your mind about Bonanza as myself as well as other sellers would like to earn your business and have you return back to experience Bonanza as the number one market place to shop online over eBay.
