How do i create a leaf category on bonanza selling app?

I am trying to export items from Bonanza to eBay I am new brand new to selling things online but I catch on quick what I can’t understand is how I am supposed to make a leaf category when Bonanza app forces you to go to a drop down list which gives you 5 subcategories to get to the leaf which would be retired I’m trying to list beanie babies and the leaf would be retired but I just can’t type in the word retired in the app it makes me do a drop down list and I have to do five of them to get to retired therefore I am not making a leaf category I contacted support several times and they have not responded me in 3 days if anybody out there has any answers I would really really appreciate it this is kind of driving me crazy thank you

You need to go through all of them to get the correct and complete category. Many items have multiple levels.

Some items are not what they profess to be. :) [URL removed]

Their prices are way out of line. New disney vhs tapes selling for under $20. They do need to look into pricing before they waste any more time listing

I totally agree about their pricing. I am hoping what I was was just data entry mistakes.

I meant to say ‘what I saw’ was data entry mistakes.
