How do i find the product key after purchase?

I just purchased windows 10 pro, however, I am having trouble locating the download for windows 10. When I go into the purchase menu, it only gives me the option to look at the product I’ve bought. I’ve been waiting quite a while for the product to show up in my email and it has not shown up either. Is there perhaps a step i had missed before the purchase or something I need to fix before getting my windows 10 kit?

This is an official Bonanza response.

Best bet is to contact the seller directly. Most sellers of these goods have the delivery information in the description of the items. In some cases, they will send the information to the email address you have that is associated with the payment method you used. So if you paid via PayPal then whichever email address you have on PayPal would likely be the email they sent the info (Make sure to check your spam folder). Hope that helps. As bonanzamark said, have you checked your “Spam” email folder? Did you contact the seller? I was considering buying W10 recently, and looked at a few of the sellers listings, and they seemed to be straightforward, with most of them stating a similar way of delivering the product download link via email. I also read some of the feedback and most of it was good. Also, most of the sellers guaranteed that you would be able to download and use the product, even if they had to give you a new product key, or something like that. I hope your problem has been resolved.
