How do i solve this error #563?

I m getting this error #563? says contact support but not a gold member

You can contact support without being a gold member. You can email them, go to bottom of the screen and you will see “contact”

I found this info on an older post
“Sorry for the trouble error #563’ers :) This error is assigned when an account is put on hold (usually your account is missing required information). Booths in this state need to be manually approved by support. When you receive that error, support will also receive a request to review your booth. Best thing you can do prior to support manually reviewing your booth is to make sure to address the reason why your booth was put into that status.”
