How do we hide booth chat now?

I am no longer seeing an area to check off for hiding (keeping it closed) the booth chat. If memory serves me, I used to go to edit booth options, then booth appearance. I’m no longer seeing this…

Sharon, go to booth options, bottom of page, ‘Legacy Options’.

You can hide the booth chat there.

On the top right hand side of your chat window just click hide. That will close the chat window. If you want to re-open, click show.

Thanks MyTexas…..I thought by doing it that way it was only temporary for the person that is in there at the time?

It has to do with your view only. If you open a chat in someone’s booth then go to another booth, the chat box will be opened in that booth as well. Close the box and your view of people’s booth will have the chat box closed.

Thank you A2z. What you said makes sense. So it sounds like that we no longer have the option of keeping the chat box closed up for our booth.

Wish we had the option to disable the chat box. I have people come and post things that I don’t like in my chat box and I have to monitor all my chat boxes in all my booths. Had one to delete today.

I would like the option to permanently CLOSE the booth chat too. It was useful in the old days with the “Bonanza” parties. I too have problems with people “spamming” my chat box. ![URL removed]
