The “request a refund for an item on this bill” option is apparently only available for the current month. I need to request a refund of fees on an item that sold in November and also one from back in October. I’d known about the October one but couldn’t find the option, and I was too busy to ask, so I just paid it for the time being. Now there are two of them I need to do, and after taking the time to poke around, I see that the option is definitely not there (or anywhere where I can find it). Anyone know how to do this?

Hi @RummageRampage,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear your transaction didn’t work out as expected. Depending on the status of the transaction, there are several different ways to request a refund of seller fees on an order. If the option is no longer there, send your request directly to support@bonanza.com.
Include the transaction number and pertinent info, such as PP refund transaction number, or something to indicate the transaction was cancelled.
Perhaps they can help you.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
