How does bonanza protect sellers with fraudulent claims?

Hi, I just opened a booth today and I’m a prestige cosmetics seller on Ebay with high ratings I’ve had problems here and there with customers complaining that they’ve never received an item even if the tracking says it was delivered to the address given. Ebay/PayPal always protected me since they can easily verify that the item was delivered. I’m wondering if Bonanza does the same here? Thanks!

Since bonanza does not have any control over your money, they usually allow the sellers to handle their own issues….bonanza abides by the payment processor’s (paypal) decision and will not interfere

If there are too many complaints made to support or the seller continually ignores a customer’s request for clarification, then bonanza will step in and ask you to respond or for details.

And then will judge on a case by case basis.
