Does the minimum fee apply to your order on an item by item system or to the order as a whole?
For example if i have an order for 6 items totaling 30,00. Does the fee minimum apply to each item or on the order as a whole?

The fee applies to the whole, not on an item by item basis…your fvf will be on $30.00 total, not on each item in the order
