Hello,
I had a buyer purchase something from me, them message me telling they didn’t want it in the condition my item was in.
So, I refunded them through paypal, requested my fees back from bonanza.
My problem is that I still have an open order in my profile. Do I hide it? The only options I see are “Mark as shipped” and “buy shipping”. I’m just concerned. I can’t fine an answer anywhere.
Thanks for your help!

If you refunded and requested your fees back, the transaction is cancelled.
You can click on the Permanently hide this transaction link in the upper right corner of the transaction invoice, you can just make a note to yourself about the transaction in the note box or you can ignore it…
It is totally up to you on how you wish to handle it

I also had that same issue. Currently, the system will not remove the “not shipped” notification for a canceled transaction until 30 days after the transaction date. As a workaround, some sellers will mark the item as
“shipped” and add a shipping note indicating the transaction was canceled and the
buyer was refunded. Another option is to permanently hide the transaction using the
link in the upper right-hand corner of the transaction summary. Please note that it
may take a few moments for the unshipped notification to disappear from your account after hiding the transaction.
Hope that information helps.
