Hello,
I just made a first sale, as excited as I am, the product is out of stock and customer wants overnight shipping. How do I cancel the order, the payment went through PayPal ( i know I can refund it there) but how do i remove the order from my end (seller).
Thanks,

Hi, I started to write all this out but think everything you need to know and how to do it can be found at this link [URL removed]
Which is a link to the Bonanza Help section regarding this topic.
You’ll need to follow the steps to let your buyer know that the transaction has been cancelled and refunded.
Then to get the credit on your seller’s fees follow these instructions
If the paid transaction originates from the current sales month…
Go to your My Bonanza > Fees Owed page and click on the link titled “See Activity Since Last Bill” so you can view your current month bill. From that page, click on the link titled, “Request a refund for a transaction on this bill” and follow the prompts to request a refund. We will process those as quickly as possible for you (usually within 48 hours).

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
