Hello,
The city and state is incorrect for our Booth in the customer cart/checkout screen. The city and state, however, is correct everywhere else in our Bonanza account. This poses a problem for correctly calculating postage for our 3-d items which most are now on reserve or hold until this is solved. Additionally, this erroneous address is starting to show up on Google in association with our Bonanza Booth.
Earlier this week, we reported this issue twice using Chat and have also submitted a bug report to support. They are looking into the matter.
In the meantime, has anyone else encountered this issue? The city/state for our business has been the same for the last 17 years! We are in Rhode Island and the address is showing as Mississippi. So it is a little strange that some unknown, unfamiliar, far away city/state address is now associated with our Bonanza booth.
As mentioned, all account setting screens in Bonanza show our correct Rhode Island address. In an attempt to rectify the problem, we have cleared the correct city/state in two different account screens for our booth, typed the city/state in again and then SAVED the changes hoping this would force any change in the address showing in the cart. Did this several times.
However, when testing the Cart again, the same incorrect city/state appears.
Anyone have other ideas for correcting this odd problem? We would appreciate any assistance to have our correct address show in the checkout/cart on Bonanza. All other internet Stores/blog/social sites we have do show the correct RI address.
Thank You!

Sounds like it is reading your zip code incorrectly…unfortunately if it is entered correctly (try clearing cache and cookies and then reset zipcode to see if that will fix it) then only support can check to see what the error might be…
On occasion, though there have been problems with international postal codes similar to US one causing problems…
