I got the first set of images back and the background is now white. I downloaded but they are coming in through something that say I need a password. Finally got one open and put them in a zip file. Now how do I download to the PC so I can upload to Amazon for a product? Thanks
I am so confused about this website………all I want was help in getting the background white and can’t find where to get instruction or contact info.

As the staff mentioned, use the WinZip program, which is free. It will “unzip” your files and allow you access to your photos as you would normally see/use them.
