What is a procedure for RETURN money back to customer?

All refunds are through the payment processor.

I see you use Paypal
Go to paypal
Find the transactions and refund

Return to bonz
Check your statements
Find transaction
Request return of fees, and give the paypal refund transaction number

It is better to learn this information from a knowledgeable person who has encountered this, I have not had such situations. I recently started trading currency, I was looking for a normal platform, another advised [URL removed] and now I’m thinking whether it’s worth trying or not, it’s scary, as if I’m new to trading.
