How to sync booth with account?

I may have screwed up, and I haven’t gotten an answer from Bonanza. Day before yesterday I started a booth, put in all the info for payment and shipping, etc., named it and put up a banner, and posted one item…but did not make the booth live. I needed to go somewhere, so I saved the booth in my bookmarks so I could come back to it later.
When I came back to it there was a message that I wasn’t allowed access until I logged in. I hadn’t actually registered an account yet because I started the whole thing from the selling introductory page. So I registered an account. The name of my original booth had too many letters to use as my username in this new account so I had to use another. Anyway, now I’m all registered but I still can’t access my original booth. Is there some way to sync my original booth with my actual account?

My guess is that it does not actually exist since you did not originally registered. If the booth exists then it can be searched for, but since it was not registered, I doubt if it exists, since clicking on Activate booth (or Update once you have a booth) is the way that the booth is created/saved.

You could also go to that bookmarked page again (if the Activate button is there) click on it and it will take you to a page to register…then you could register again for that booth. You can link userID’s and the associated booths, but since the other one was never registered, there is nothing to link

However,…I would just start again now that you are registered.
By the way..you can still give your booth the name that you gave it previously (your booth name does not have to be your UserID name)

My userID is ccmom, but my booth name is “It’s Your Turn”

By the way..if you did not set up an account, then you could not have completed the set up for your payment options since you will have the information in your Account settings (ie paypal info, CBA merchant account info (if using CBA) your CC info, etc…..
