How to view tracking # to sale

I sold an item and i shipped today. I added the tracking # to my order on Bonanza. I then went back to view the order and the tracking is not showing., all it says is it was shipped today priority. I used to be able to view the tracking # I left. Is this a new thing? I have not had a sale here in a while, so just wondering. Thanks.

Yes. and I did enter the tracking number when I did that, however, when i went back to check, the tracking was not there but showed as shipped.

Sorry answered from my other booth. I also saw a message on my phone from Bonanza, it said if the item has been shipped to reply to the message and if there is a tracking # to send it in the reply to add it to the reply and they will add it. So I did that. Hopefully they apply it to the sale

Somehow I did it. But i was only able to add it from my phone, the message I received from Bonanza, I went to the previous page and there was the place to leave tracking, so I did and it shows now. Really really strange! First time this ever happened.
