I am trying to close my second booth down. help please

Hello.

This booth is staying open.

I have went under the Account Dashboard and clicked the cancel booth and did get logged out afterwards. But when I logged back into this booth here, Empress Depot, it still showed my other “cancelled” booth as being linked to this one and I was able to enter back into the cancelled booth.

I do not want the booth/Bonanza account at all anymore and I am wanting to use the email address attached to the old booth for this booth here, which Bonanza will not let me since the other booth seems to still be active?

Thanks for your help.

On the Seller’s Settings page (near the bottom), there are three options. In order to cancel your account (the far right option), you have to close the booth first (the middle option).

Thanks Tom.

Yes, I went under the seller dashboard (sorry, meant to say that last night instead of how I did say it) and clicked on seller settings, scrolled to the bottom and my only option is to cancel the booth. There’s no close booth section first, although I am seeing it for the empress depot booth.

I realized today I had this booth on vacation and figured maybe there lies the problem. So, I took this booth off of vacation, went to seller dashboard and seller settings again. Still, the only option I see is to cancel booth.

I guess I will have to email in to Bonanza unless you or someone else has a suggestion.

Thank you,

Sharon
