This is an official Bonanza response.

Sorry for the negative experience Normally we would have you contact the seller first. If the seller were not responsive then we would recommend that you file a dispute with PayPal. That way you will protect your interest in the transaction and also get the seller’s attention (if they were not responsive via Bonanza). Bonanza reviews each report of non-delivery so we can ensure that the seller adheres to the site policies (we will do so in this case too). If you need additional assistance please contact our support team directly (click on the “Contact” link on the footer of any Bonanza page).

This is something that you will have to contact the seller and as you say you have already tried.

If you paid with paypal..make a paypal claim for items not delivered…Paypal will contact the seller to try to resolve the issue..same if you used amazon payments..

Contact bonanza (be sure you have the transaction ID and the seller’s ID)

That is terrible. As mentioned above, the best route would be to contact PayPal & open a dispute, you can also open a dispute on Bonanza by clicking the help button at the top of the page, select buying, & it will take you through the steps. But definitely open a PayPal dispute as soon as possible, you will get a refund more than likely once that process is complete. Sorry to hear you had such a negative experience

I agree with the posts above. Thank you for taking the time to let the community know that you have not received an item that has been paid for. The best way is to contact your payment provider such as Paypal if that is the method you used and file a claim for non-receipt. You might have to wait a short bit until they open a claim and can get your money back.

If you are not sure how to file a claim with your payment provider, please send me a message directly and I would be more than happy to help walk you through the process. Hopefully we can assist in making your experience here a better one.

Yes, file with paypal. You are protected for 180 days, 6 months or longer I believe. But best to do it now so you can get refunded. Good luck to you.

One [URL removed] at what point does Bonanza remove a non delivering seller from the site permanently? They are a detriment to the site.

@cshorto319 I do agree with your statement. A shop through which there has been no response from the seller to a buyer should be deactivated.

I had to file with PPal [URL removed] an order not delivered, where I never head from the seller. I DID try to contact the seller through Bonanza first, 3-4 times. Then I alerted Bonanza, because I was very disappointed. I then opened a dispute with PPal, and my case was resolved quickly, through their normal channels.

I was given a full refund. Of course, I would have rather have been given the product, but don’t know how much longer I would have wanted to wait had I heard from the seller. I had already waited for weeks with no word, giving the seller the benefit of the doubt.

Was never given an explanation from anyone. I preferred to have been given a reason as to why it happened in the first place.

Good luck!

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
