I received a payment today, shows in my paypal account.. however the item is still in my booth as unsold and there is no indication from bonanza that the item was sold??

Everyone… I got a payment today, just a bit ago.. Actually found it as i went to look for something else.. The item is still in my booth as unsold and i have no notice of a new sale from Bonanza?? Anyone ever seen this?? Thanks, David

actually, yes…
Seems when the site does server updates on weekends, and a sale hits at just the right time, the callback from PP (Amazon) for payment completed does not go through. Though I had it happen more with the old Checkout by Amazon than with PayPal

Use email from person at PP to verify purchase if you feel there has been an error

You can remove the item from your store and use PayPal to print the label and send the item.

You can send support a message that the item was not marked as sold in the booth to see if there is a problem with the API callback for your booth. (Give the PP transaction #)
