It's Solved: I've got another "strange" tool, anyone know what it is?

Thank you Luda. THIS ONE HAS BEEN SOLVED.

Me and tools, what can I say. I had to have this one just so I could figure out what it is, but I drew a blank. Sometimes it’s because I didn’t choose the right search words, not sure. But if anyone knows, I’d like to know what it is. Hmmm, can’t get a picture to post. I’ll go create a listing in my booth for now. Give me a minute to complete it.

The instructions I got to post pics won’t work here for some reason or I’ve read them wrong.

Just figured out it’s an optometrists tool of some kind. I’m getting there! I found another that states it’s an instrument for testing the focal length of your eyes. Not sure what the “focal length of your eyes” would be or mean.

I have no idea what it is, but it’s certainly interesting!

Love it and happy you have it identified. I see The Convex written on the side so I guess that gave you a good clue. I’ve never seen anything like it. What a find!
