On my site, I would like my buyer to have the option of free shipping (1-10 days) or expedited shipping for $ 5.97 (Priority mail 2-3 days), no matter how large or small the order is.
There are places in each item edit area to specify shipping, but it seems that when two or more items are ordered, the $ 5.97 price is charged for each item (so, 2 items cost $ 11.97 to ship).
Is there a way I can allow the buyer to pick, at checkout, whether they want free shipping or Expidited shipping for $ 5.97?
Thanks, in advance for the response(s).

Best option would be to experiment with the combined shipping settings
Booth Settings
Edit Booth Settings
Discounts and Coupons
I would try…checking
Flat Rate [URL removed] Offer a discount for each item after the first when calculating shipping costs for items with flat rate shipping.
Buyers will pay normal shipping costs for the item with the highest flat rate shipping cost.
For each additional item in their [URL removed] subtract 100%
from the price of each item shipped after the most expensive item.
or try subtract the $5.97 so that all additional items will cost nothing after the first item…
However, I cannot see a way to offer free shipping and paid shipping as an upgrade..(cannot chose both free shipping and flat rate at same time)….
But you can enter Flat Rate of $0.00 for standard or FC which ever you are using and then add the option to upgrade to Expedited and add the $5.97 as a flat Rate
