Is there a way to import etsy items one at a time. I have items on etsy that I want titles and descriptions to be a bit different than on bonanza, so I dont want to update my bonanza items if they match etsy items when importing. I would have to do all that editing all over again. Or do I have to list new items one at a time? Thanks

Unfortunately, it is not possible to do an automatic download to select certain items with etsy listings. But, it can be done with a little work, though it’s not worth doing for only a few items. It’s faster just to manually create those on Bonanza.
From the Bonanza help [URL removed] “Unlike eBay or Amazon, when you sync your Etsy listings, it is not linking your Etsy and eBay accounts. Instead, Etsy allows you to upload your items via a CSV file. This is a file that holds your item data in a series of tables. To upload your listings from Etsy to Bonanza, simply upload the CSV file that you download from Etsy. Follow the steps below to download that CSV file.”
That means that you are actually importing a file that was created by downloading a CSV file of your items from etsy. That file will be stored on your computer after you get it from etsy. The file can be edited (to remove items that you don’t want to import to Bonanza) and the file can then be imported into Bonanza. That would add only the items that you want to bring over from etsy. Future “imports” from etsy can force updates on Bonanza if you include the “force update” column in your CSV file and have a field (usually your own SKU identifier) in your CSV file that gives the items a unique identifier. Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
