My excitement of adding Bonanza to my online retail options is quickly fading. I opened a new store 2 days ago and have been attempting to import my Ebay inventory over. In the progress report, it always stops at 449 of 642 and will not continue. I does however import 21 items with no photos. It also will NOT give me the option to import “Buy It Now” listings of which all of my listings are such.
I then thought I would begin creating ads (which seems to work) however there is no option to enter a UPC code. There is no way I’m going to create new ads for my E-Bay and Amazon inventory one piece at a time and then look for photos. This would require several hundred hours of work.
I have sent emails for help but no response as of yet. Realy getting frustrated here. Does anyone have any ideas???

We appreciate all of your patience with the eBay importer over the weekend. It was a busy weekend in terms of sellers trying to import items which caused a little bit of a backup. If you have an active import, we recommend that you let it run its course until it’s complete. Canceling an import will not help speed up the process and will back up the importer queue even more.
If you continue to run into issues with the importer, please reach out to us [URL removed] https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/contact_us, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
