Any good advice on increasing traffic? I noticed the sales or traffic is very slow here. Any suggestions besides having a good title, description, and item tags? Or would I have to have a big inventory to be noticed? Like the more items the more traffic? Any good advice will be well received.

Just like ccmom and Mark said….
In addition, some folks purchase twitter/promo packages from other sellers to increase traffic to their booths with mixed results. Some folks swear by it and others aren’t so sure.

One of the most common questions on Bonanza is how to increase sales. It is difficult to form one response that will work for everyone as everyone’s situation and business is different. We have created a help page that will help you zero in on key areas to increase the possibility of [URL removed] [URL removed]

Hi and welcome to bonanza
You are right, for the most part a very limited inventory will be hard to draw attention.
You have nice set-up, but I think a bit more information would go a long way.
If you are not sending to google shopping, (GPS), I would do so as bonanza depends on searches for traffic
About 250 characters are sent to GPS for searches, use them for describing, keywords…if they are not there, why would anyone even bother to come and take a look.
It will take more than one month to establish your ‘booth’ or store, and a larger inventory to make it something someone would like to come a browse..
Good Luck

Yeah, it takes a lot of efforts to get it going here.
(Actually, as everywhere ;-) )
Let your items get tweeted – or better yet, tweet them yourself. Relentlessly and
with good keywords and 1 or 2 #s (hashtags).
Build up your twitter account – if you have none yet.
It does help but the big word here [URL removed] Patience.
Join Pinterest und pin your items (and other users’ too).
Increase your inventory. And as already said [URL removed] The first 250 characters in your descriptions are popping up in Google search.
Use them – and wisely.
It’ll take a very long time and much work – Bonanza isn’t a name where people
just go to look for what they want.
Good Luck

So when I have google as a way to find my items does it direct the buyer through here at Bonanza or does it direct the buyer to some form of 3rd party checkout through google?

If you plan on adding MORE things to sell, consider setting up a Facebook Page with a link to Bonanza. Also look for Facebook “GROUPS” that have to do with Makeup. Some let you post links, but ASK first, if you join. Some are for direct sales only, and advice from me, is they are not for beginning sellers. I sell patterns, and you can look at my page to see what they are like.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
