Is bonanza now charging the final value fee on shipping no matter the cost of shipping?

I had a sale for $14.99, shipping at $3.50. Sale was based on a 10.5% commission and FVF came to about $1.90.

So it appears as though Bonanza is charging the shipping at full FVF now? I believe it used to be that we were allowed to have shipping at $10 before Bonanza would include the shipping as part of the FVF.

Thanks,

Sharon

If I may ask, why do You say 10.5% commission?
(I mean, I understand that this number is similar, if it had been collected on both, item and shipping price, but B. still has 3.5, 9, 13 and 30% FVF only on the item price, when shipping is up to $10).

Is it possible that You have standard 13% level? Then FVF only on the item price is $1.95 (or sometimes less).

Yes, I am at 13%.

Bonanza has 10.5% of value in parenthesis next to the FVF.

The price of the listing was $14.99. 10% should have been $1.50 and then a little more change past that. Shipping was $3.50. The actual FVF that Bonanza charged me was $1.95.

The total sale due to the cost of shipping came to $18.49, which is why I was thinking Bonanza must have started charging the FVF on shipping no matter the cost of shipping.

My first two sales went something like this also.

I guess I will go ahead and email into Bonanza and find out what they say.

Thanks for trying. You did answer my question though.

It’s not on total price, it’s only on the item price and it’s lower than 13%, since B. hasn’t spent all the amount and passed this $0.06 savings on to You.

I was referring to Your first number “about $1.90”. Since it’s $1.95, it’s correct although it’s exactly max. 13 % FVF on the item price.
