The last few times I tried to collect them, I get a “Whoops. There was an error.
Something went wrong trying to claim your daily tokens.”

I’ve had that happen- just watch your total number after you click on the “Get tokens” button- it should still go up. Even if you got that message the tokens actually were added. If you’re still not sure contact support and they can check it for you. Happy selling :-)

If you click the button twice you get that message.

Below the total tokens that you have (under the “My recent activity”) you can see a list of dates and the amount of tokens collected each day. Check to see if your tokens were gathered for that day. If so, don’t worry about the Whoops message.

Yes, I got the whoops message one time, but my tokens were still given to me. as the others have said, just make sure you have them, and disregard the message.

I don’t see the GET TOKENS button either.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
