When I go to print the shipping label it is too big and prints on two pieces of paper. The only way I can print it is to save it to my computer and scale it down to print on half a sheet of paper.

The last time I used it, it printed like you said the first time. When I hit the print button again to re-do it, then it came up in a frame with the ability to resize it. It seems to be getting better, but maybe not quite there yet. A while back, it would print ok if I had resized the packing slip and printed it first, but that hasn’t worked the last couple of times that I used it. (I use Firefox browser.)
Update… after wasting a lot of paper and toner today, I discovered that when I use the Print function of the browser (just like you would to print anything online), instead of hitting the Print button on the Bonanza form, then I can resize the label. Now if I can just remember that for the next time!

Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
