Is there an issue with my google feed?

I have everything active, bing nextag and pricegrabber seem to be working properly.

however in my google feed diagnostics it shows this.

Feeds
Country

Account ID Feed ID Last Upload Items Uploaded
US ******** ******** 07/08/16 0

When i click the account id it loads google shopping with no products.

How do i fix this to have that properly there?

thanks

Go to
Booth Settings
Under the Title and Overview tab

4th item down

Add my items to Google Shopping (make sure this is marked Yes)

Next I would check Under Batch edit (Update Items as a group)

Look under Search Optimize

If your items are ready for google, then the google attributes would be listed…or it will say google suppression (if says google suppression, check the affected items and then go to top and check disable under Suppress GPS submission)

If those things look fine

go to the feed diagnostics page and under

Account ID Feed ID Last Upload Items Uploaded
US ******** ******** 07/08/16 0

There is a link that says Initiate Feed Status review

this will take about 24-48 hrs and if there is a problem with the feed, then google will return a sample of items that need correcting (note they don’t tell you what needs correcting, just that they do and it is just a sample, so it will be good to check other items for same errors…so check them under Search Optimize to see what may be missing)…

Lastly make sure you have the google submission option checked under advertising..

Also note that the first 250 characters of a description is sent to google about the listings..google likes nice sentences with item descriptions these days…however knowing google that will probably change with the weather

Other wise contact support if everything is okay to find the issue with the feed

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
