Is there any way to delete a shipping profile?

Somehow my shipping profiles have been update to include “worldwide” shipping, which I do not want to offer at this point. No matter what I do, I don’t seem to be able to save the profiles without this option. I have saved over and over again, to no avail. Do I have to create a new profile without the worldwide option? Frustrated… :-(

Hello,

I hope I can explain this enough – for the items that you want to remove international shipping for – go to “Update as a group” you can filter for different items if you wish – or include all of them.

Then click on the “Shipping” tab on the left hand side – then you would see a table at the top – with one of the selections being “Cancel International Shipping” – you will need to highlight the items you wish to cancel the shipping on – if it works – it should tell you have XX number of items have been updated (if there are a few) – or if there are more it may say “your job in currently being processed” which means you just have to wait a few minutes for them all to be undated.

This is how I currently add or remove international shipping. Please let me know if you need any further help.

THANK YOU… Thank You… thank you, J7339… I was about to pull out what is left of my hair, lol!!! I just don’t understand why this won’t save to a shipping profile :/ Seems like it should…???

Jules is right…you have to cancel any international set-up before a new setup can be added…it’s just the way it works here…
