Twice now I have been listing items in my booth and I have missed my live chat costumer. There seems to be no notification when live chat comes on. There should be a sound or something that tells me when I am working on my booth and have no idea that someone is in live chat.
Am I missing something in my set up booth material?

You turned it off/disabled the chat window…in your Edit Booth Settings when you asked about it in the other thread…
>>>>>My Booth” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page and select “Booth settings” from the drop down. Click on the “Booth appearance” tab and scroll to the bottom of that page, where you will see the option to disable the booth chat. Be sure to save your changes!<<<<
If you wanted to just hide the chat window while you were online, there is a link under the banner that says Hide this will close the window but still have the chat window active…
And yes when active, there is normally a sound when someone posts in the chat window…however, since the notification dash seems to have been eliminated, I cannot be totally sure about the sound anymore…seems I haven’t heard it in awhile
Also go into Account Settings
My Notifications
Check the box that says
Tell me if people have been chatting in my booth

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
